CamperFilter activated charcoal Practical filter set, sediment filter and activated charcoal filter plus water meter.
The sediment filter removes larger impurities such as sand, algae, rust and coarse dirt from the water.
Activated charcoal filter: For precise filtration. Activated carbon filters chlorine, heavy metals, dyes, hormone and drug residues, PFAS (polyfluorinated chemicals), organic hydrocarbons, microplastics, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, bacteria, germs and odour- and taste-impairing substances from the water. However, it does not remove minerals such as magnesium, calcium or potassium and trace elements.

- Iodine number > 1000 mg/g; an activated carbon with a high iodine number can absorb more pollutants than one with a lower iodine number.
- BET surface area 1050 m2/g; BET measurement is a term for an analytical method for determining the size of surfaces, especially porous solids, by means of gas adsorption.
- Effective particle size: 1,050 m2/g. Effective particle size: 1.0 mm; main particle diameter: 1.4 mm.
Also contains a fine filter which filters out dirt up to 10 micrometres in size.
We recommend replacing the activated carbon filter after approx. 3-4 months from the first use.

Holder for conveniently attaching the filter system to the vehicle wall during filling. After use, simply pour out the system and hang it on the inside wall of the motorhome garage. Scope of delivery:

When using the filter system, especially with activated carbon filter, the flow rate may decrease. This is due to the fine structure of the activated carbon, which ensures thorough filtration but reduces the water flow rate. The inlet pressure also plays a role - and if necessary, check the inlet hose (e.g. for long or thin pipes). Tapping points on campsites do not always offer the optimum water pressure. Ensure the correct flow direction and vertical installation to avoid air bubbles. The activated carbon may become saturated after prolonged use - a filter change is then advisable, even if this is not directly reflected in the condition of the water.
Our water meters are precise and reliable, but deviations may occur due to the system. This can be caused, for example, by air in the pipe system, fluctuating water pressure, unfavourable installation positions or minimal leaks. Under normal conditions, the deviation is typically less than 10 %. The values displayed therefore serve as a guide and do not replace a calibrated consumption measurement.
Retaining ring may vary in colour between grey and black depending on the production line.
