Replacement cartridge activated charcoal filter
CamperFilter replacement cartridge activated charcoal filterActivated carbon filter: For precise filtration. Activated carbon filters chlorine, heavy metals, dyes, hormone and drug residues, PFAS (polyfluorinated chemicals), organic hydrocarbons, microplastics, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, bacteria, germs and odour and taste-disturbing substances from the water, but not minerals such as magnesium, potassium orpotassium and traceelements. - activated carbon from coconut shell- iodine value > 1000 mg/g; activated carbon with a high iodine value can absorb more pollutants than activated carbon with a lower iodine value. -BET surface area 1050 m2/g; the BET measurement is a term for an analytical method for determining the size of surfaces, especially porous solids, by means of gas adsorption - Effective particle size: 1.0 mm; main particle diameter: 1.4 mmAlso contains a micro-fine filter. We recommend replacing the activated carbon filter after approx. 3-4 months from the first use.Weight (kg) approx. 0.93, Cartridge dimensions (L × W × H) (mm) 120 x 50 x 50, Compatible with hose systems with 1/2" connections.Scope of delivery:- 3 filter cartridge with screw cap and activated carbon, encapsulated. Do not open encapsulation, contents sharp-edged. What you should know:When using the filter system, especially with activated carbon filters, the flow rate may decrease. This is due to the fine structure of the activated carbon, which ensures thorough filtration but reduces the water flow rate. The inlet pressure also plays a role - and if necessary, check the inlet hose (e.g. for long or thin pipes). Tapping points on campsites do not always offer the optimum water pressure. Ensure the correct flow direction and vertical installation to avoid air bubbles. With prolonged use, the activated carbon may become saturated - a filter change is then advisable, even if this is not directly reflected in the condition of the water.Further questions? CamperFilter Activated Carbon MaxiSet and ClingCupFilter set with sediment filter and activated carbon filter, plus digital water meter, drinking water hose, and ClingCup suction holder. The sediment filter removes larger impurities such as sand, algae, rust, and coarse dirt from the water. Activated carbon filter: Activated carbon filters chlorine, heavy metals, dyes, hormone and drug residues, PFAS (polyfluorinated chemicals), organic hydrocarbons, microplastics, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, as well as substances that impair odor and taste from the water. It does not remove minerals such as magnesium, calcium, or potassium, or trace elements.- Activated carbon made from coconut shells - Iodine value > 1000 mg/g; activated carbon with a high iodine value can absorb more contaminants than carbon with a lower iodine value. - BET surface area 1050 m²/g; BET measurement is a term for an analytical method used to determine the size of surfaces, especially porous solids, using gas adsorption. - Effective particle size: 1.0 mm; main particle diameter: 1.4 mm. Additional fine filter, 10 micrometer size. We recommend replacing the activated carbon filter after approximately 3-4 months from first use. Weight (kg) 0.650 Dimensions (L × W) (mm) 450 x 90 x 90 Sediment filter insert, washable up to 60°C Compatible with hose systems with 1/2" connections This should be noted Important information: When using the filter system, especially with an activated carbon filter, the flow rate may decrease. The fine structure of the activated carbon, which ensures thorough filtration, reduces the water flow. The inlet pressure also plays a role – and you may want to check the inlet hose (e.g., with long or thin pipes). Water taps at campsites don't always offer optimal water pressure. Ensure the correct flow direction and vertical installation to prevent air bubbles. With prolonged use, the activated carbon can become saturated – a filter change is then advisable, even if this isn't immediately apparent in the water's condition.Note regarding the accuracy of the water meter: The water meter is precise and reliable; however, system-related deviations can occur. These can be caused by, for example, air in the pipe system, fluctuating water pressure, unfavorable installation positions, or minor leaks. Under normal conditions, the deviation is typically less than 10%. The displayed values are therefore for guidance only and do not replace a calibrated consumption measurement. Further questions? HoseCap, protective cap for water hose with hose coupling for 1/2 inch
Where do you put the water hose after use? It usually ends up in the tool shed, cellar, garage or motorhome. Dirt and insects get in and the hose needs to be rinsed before it can be used again. Hose adapters or hose couplings also need to be rinsed thoroughly to ensure they remain tight. The HoseCap puts an end to this. To use the HoseCap, simply push the hose through the hose eyelet so that it does not get lost. After using the water hose, attach the HoseCap to the hose coupling. This keeps the water hose closed and clean inside. CamperFilter Activated Carbon System Set + ClingCup Suction Mount The sediment filter removes larger impurities such as sand, algae, rust and coarse dirt from the water. Mesh size: 0.15 mm / 100 mesh. Activated carbon filter: Activated carbon filters chlorine, heavy metals, dyes, hormone and pharmaceutical residues, PFAS (polyfluorinated chemicals), organic hydrocarbons, microplastics, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, bacteria, germs, as well as substances that impair odour and taste from the water. It does not remove minerals such as magnesium, calcium or potassium, nor trace elements. Activated carbon made from coconut shell Iodine number > 1000 mg/g; activated carbon with a high iodine number can absorb more contaminants than one with a lower iodine number BET surface area: 1050 m²/g; BET measurement refers to an analytical method used to determine surface area, particularly of porous solids, by gas adsorption Effective particle size: 1.0 mm; main particle diameter: 1.4 mm Also includes a fine filter that removes contaminants down to 10 microns in size Special filter holder (ClingCup) for securely attaching the filter system to vehicle walls with textured surfaces such as hammer-finish paint or Raptor coating. Weight: 0.185 kg Dimensions (L × W × H): 220 × 90 × 90 mm Filter insert washable up to max. 60 °C Compatible with hose systems with 1/2" connections. Important information: When using the filter system, especially with the activated carbon filter, the flow rate may be reduced. The fine structure of the activated carbon, which ensures thorough filtration, restricts water flow. The inlet pressure also plays a role – check the supply hose if necessary (e.g. long or narrow hoses). Water outlets at campsites do not always provide optimal water pressure. Ensure correct flow direction and vertical installation to prevent air bubbles. With prolonged use, the activated carbon may become saturated – replacing the filter is then recommended, even if no immediate change in water quality is noticeable. Any further questions? This can be caused, for example, by air in the pipe system, fluctuating water pressure, unfavourable installation positions or minimal leaks. Under normal conditions, the deviation is typically less than 10 %. The values displayed therefore serve as a guide and do not replace a calibrated consumption measurement.
